• Sign up by creating an account (one time only)
• Make sure to select Independence HS in San Jose, CA (there are a lot of schools with the same name)
• Enter any number or unknown if you don’t remember your Student ID number and enter the name used when enrolled at Independence HS
• Have your transcript sent to an electronic destination (check the parchment website for schools/institutions that participate - 2,000+ possible destinations and counting) 
• Have your transcript mailed/emailed to a school/institution, yourself or anyone else.
